Man Cries Out After Finding Out Caretaker Inflated N500K rent to N1.3M For Three Years

A Nigerian man has taken to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to expose a shocking discovery involving the caretaker of his residential building. According to the user, identified as @Drweloveu , tenants in his building have unknowingly been paying ₦1.3 million annually as rent, when the actual amount fixed by the landlord is ₦500,000 . The revelation came to light after the landlord paid an unannounced visit to the property. During casual conversations with the tenants, he reportedly mentioned the true cost of the apartments, which left the residents stunned and outraged. “So apparently, the caretaker of our house has been collecting ₦1.3m per annum from tenants while the actual rent is ₦500k. The owner came around and casually said this house is cheap for just ₦500k. And the rest is history,” the tenant wrote. This means the caretaker has allegedly been pocketing a whopping ₦800,000 per tenant each year, without the landlord's knowledge — a scam running into mill...

Actress Beverly Osu Shares Why She Prefers Dating Older Men

Popular Nollywood actress and model, Beverly Osu, has opened up about her dating preferences, revealing why she gravitates toward older men rather than dating men her age or younger.

Speaking during a candid interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo on his YouTube show, Osu explained that older men are more likely to meet her emotional and financial expectations. According to her, she enjoys being pampered, receiving attention, and spending meaningful time with her partner—qualities she believes are more commonly found in older partners.

"I still date men who are older than me," she said, "but the older men that I have dated were just my boyfriends. There was nothing like a serious relationship between us."

Osu clarified that while she has dated older men, they were not sugar daddies, and her relationships were not transactional in nature. However, she was honest about her desire for financial support and emotional care in relationships.

"I still prefer dating older men because I want them to give me money and feed me," she admitted. "I love attention and quality time with a man. I don’t know how to pretend to love somebody, and I don’t want to be indebted to any man."

The actress also opened up about a past experience involving a married man, saying the relationship made her uncomfortable due to her inability to fake emotions or hide her feelings.

“Dating another woman’s husband has never worked out for me,” she said. “I don’t want to be another woman’s sadness.”

Osu’s frank remarks have sparked conversations on social media about relationship dynamics, emotional honesty, and societal expectations placed on women in romantic partnerships.

VIDEO: Jesus hates poor people, never visited them – Pastor David Ibiyeomie

Pastor Ibiyeomie Sparks Controversy with Comments on Poverty and Christianity Founder of Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, has ignited widespread debate following a recent sermon in which he claimed that Jesus Christ disliked poverty and intentionally distanced himself from the poor during his time on earth. Addressing his congregation, Pastor Ibiyeomie asserted that Jesus' mission extended beyond spiritual salvation to include financial prosperity for believers. He argued that poverty is fundamentally at odds with the true message of Christ. “Jesus never visited any poor person in their home; check your Bible,” Ibiyeomie declared. “That means he hates poverty. He visited Lazarus, who wasn’t poor—they were feeding him. He visited a sinner, Zacchaeus, who was rich. Show me one poor man Jesus entered his house.” He further claimed that remaining in poverty is contrary to Christian doctrine. “Jesus hates people who are poor. He died so you wouldn't be poor. It’s f...

However, when they arrived in May 2024, Isabella confiscated their earnings and coerced them into sex work.
